ISAR ODF is in some kind of limbo state #299

@DanielFroehlich

Description

@DanielFroehlich

Since the august lab update, ODF is some kind of limbo state between V4.18 and V4.19.
The operator shows itself as V4.19, but dependencies are still on V4.18.
Cluster is complaining maximum supported OCP version for openshift-storage/odf-dependencies.v4.18.7-rhodf is 4.19

The odf-operator-controller is complaining:
ClusterServiceVersion.operators.coreos.com "odf-dependencies.v4.19.3-rhodf" not found"}
