📚 Context
Category index pages are inconsistently named. This standardizes category pages to the name of
_index.mdwithin a directory matching a category name. This avoids a situation likeconnections/connections.mdtogether withconnections/connection.mdwhere the former is the category index page.Contribution License Agreement
