If we compile Stylus through a compressor supporting variable name mangling (e.g. terser), Stylus would fail to handle keyword arguments because they are extracted from the source code.
This PR defines a
paramsproperty to store function arguments.utils.paramsis called if this property doesn't exist.See also: openstyles/stylus-lang-bundle#3
