Bug: .idea directory not in .gitignore

Describe the bug

JetBrains IDE files (.idea/) are not ignored. Contributors using WebStorm/IntelliJ will see them as untracked files.

Steps to reproduce

1. clone repo
2. open in webstorm
3. press Alt + 0 to open commit sidepanel

Expected behaviour

.idea related files shouldn't appear in the commit sidepanel
