Adds context to platform in SvelteKit endpoints

Changes

• Adds the context variable, which Pages Functions provides, into platform in endpoints and hooks.
• This is important because context contains waitUntil, which quite a few error-reporting platforms and other packages make use of (such as Sentry via Toucan.js).
• Closes Expose cloudflare specific functionality (event.waitUntil) in hooks #2807.

Tests

• Run the tests with pnpm test and lint the project with pnpm lint and pnpm check

Changesets

• If your PR makes a change that should be noted in one or more packages' changelogs, generate a changeset by running pnpx changeset and following the prompts. All changesets should be patch until SvelteKit 1.0

From what it looks like here, adapter-cloudflare-workers doesn't use platform at all (so no env or context):
