This PR loads ranked contributors from Svelte, Kit, CLI, vite-plugin-svelte, language-tools, and ai-tools. It round-robins the repository lists for balanced representation, filters bots, deduplicates contributors across repositories. Skips completely black profile pictures since they those don't show who the user is
