Summary
adds post-processing step to suppress multi-language header/toggle
This shows up in some catalogs as an indicator that there might be variations of code examples (for example, legacy objective-c/swift) for API sets. None of that is relevant to the Swift documentation, so this removes that variant identification process that gets embedded in some of the module archives.
