[lldb] Fix SymbolFile/PDB/add-symbols.cpp for Windows targets

This test isn't compiled with debug info, but linked with -gdwarf, causing a PDB to be created on Windows, which only contains the public symbols. It works upstream with SymbolFile(Native)PDB fixes, but it still fails in swiftlang/llvm-project.
