This allows building TSC for Android without needing to pass custom flags via -Xcc.

Thanks, this works for me locally with my upcoming 6.1 SDK bundle. Can you also remove this flag in the CMake config? We can get this in after that, once it passes the CI.

This allows building TSC for Android without needing to pass custom flags via -Xcc.
