[sdk]: migrate from typescript-javascript to the new javascript SDK

As of January 2022, [this SDK](https://github.com/symbol/symbol-sdk-typescript-javascript) has been deprecated. We will need to migrate from the old SDK to the [new one](https://github.com/symbol/symbol/tree/dev/sdk/javascript). My suggestion is to tackle this alongside the `wallets-lib` integration, unit tests and additional monorepo work.
