Add `framework.workflows.workflows.name.definition_validators` and `framework.workflows.workflows.name.events_to_dispatch` to Framework Configuration Reference

The Framework Configuration Reference (https://symfony.com/doc/current/reference/configuration/framework.html) does not contain the options framework.workflows.workflows.name.definition_validators and framework.workflows.workflows.name.events_to_dispatch.

Also the already documented options beginning with framework.workflows.name should correctly be framework.workflows.workflows.name, whereby it could become clearer that name itself is a placeholder for an identifier.
