Mark deprecated packages on site

Some packages like TogglePassword, Swup... are deprecated in 2.x and will me removed in 3.x

This is indicated in each readme but not on website.
Even if they are still available, what do you think about adding this depreciation on website and starting to promote alternatives when it exists ?

I remember doing that on https://ux.symfony.com/typed, https://ux.symfony.com/swup, etc... pages, but I think the code has been lost when I moved the website from UX repo (based on branch 2.x) to this repository.

Do you think you can take the code from the following PRs? And modify/improve it if you want, ofc:

• [Typed] Remove package ux#2993
• [Swup] Remove package ux#2985
• [TogglePassword] Remove package ux#2995
• [LazyImage] Remove package ux#2994

Note: When I did these changes, I think I forgot about the https://ux.symfony.com/packages page, packages should also appear as deprecated there.
