[Bug]: CJIT is unusable

Describe the bug

Funding the spending balance via CJIT is currently not possible with a new or existing wallet.

As you can see

• minimum amount is 0, tells me it isn't getting and applying the value from BT
• 0 liquidity on details page
• error when attempting to proceed to produce the QR

@pwltr says it looks like on production the "/estimate-fee" endpoint was replaced with the new "/estimate-fee-full" but the response format is not the same and current bitkit isn't updated yet
