Tailwind utility classes (e.g., space-y-4) not generating styles

I'm encountering an issue where some Tailwind utility classes, such as space-y-4, are not generating any CSS rules in the output file. The class selector .space-y-4 {} appears, but it's empty.

That seems to work as expected. The space-{x/y}-* utilities apply margin to the children (that is not the last-child) so inspecting the children should reveal the CSS.

Sorry, it's my fault. The default CSS styles have overridden the margin settings of the child elements.
