How do I easily start using tailwindcss on a project without a build process?

Hello,
I am working on a legacy project and I just want to add a few css classes to some elements, i do not have a nodejs env to install anything or run any build process, and i do not care much the stylesheet that'll be shipped to the client.
Tachyon does offer a simple stylesheet that I can just link and start using, but it lacks many properties.
Is there any possible way to have something similar with tailwindcss?

not exactly what i was looking for but close.
