My project build with Vercel and upload assets to S3 cdn succ.
I got cdn css file succ, but the html element has no effect, here is my production website

The CSS is responding with a Content-Type header value of application/octet-stream which does not seem correct for a CSS file:

You'd want something like text/css; charset=utf-8.
