Is there a way to split file based on breakpoint in v4?

Hello,

In Tailwind v3, which is a PostCSS plugin, I can use extract-media-query to isolate breakpoints into several files. But in Tailwind v4, it seems PostCSS is not relevant anymore. Is there a way to do that another way in v4?

Motivation
My main motivation is PageSpeed optimization, which blocked at our CSS size mostly. If mobile users which seldom needs desktop breakpoint, will load less CSS and have less CSS size.

I actually hope TailwindCSS provides a way to separate breakpoints the way currently source() function possible. But, plugin's doing the good thing here, no complaint.
