Add support for websocket API Gateway types

Would be good to add support for the WebSocket API, see:

• Serverless.yml for websockets
• Cloudformation RouteSettings

Would add dataTraceEnabled and loggingLevel (for websocket APIs only).

Yes, please! I can't find a way to configure LoggingLevel atm.

@talbotp apologies , my comment is not relevant. LoggingLevel is not available for HttpApi, which is what I was looking for. Also this issue is for websocket API.

Specifies the logging level for this route: INFO, ERROR, or OFF. This property affects the log entries pushed to Amazon CloudWatch Logs. Supported only for WebSocket APIs.
