jdbc: Support <VARBINARY> type

It is optional JDBC feature, but I think we should support all types supported by Tarantool itself, so I added it to the JDBC MVP milestone.

API: Connection.createBlob() and so on.

Now tarantool have scalar type, but have no blob. So this issue is blocked.

We also need to verify that values from fields of 'varbinary' nosql tarantool type (see tarantool/tarantool#4201) are handled correctly.
