The Validator validates a disabled Upload
Reproduction of the problem
- Open the Dojo example and click the 'Submit' button - https://dojo.telerik.com/ceKdJFuW.
Current behavior
The Upload is validated although it is disabled.
Expected/desired behavior
Disabled elements should not be validated.
The issue is a regression starting with 2025.2.520 version.
