Nexus samples and docs should not encourage using request ID for workflow ID #692

Describe the solution you'd like
Today Nexus samples and docs use request ID for workflow ID even though they document that you should use a "business-meaningful ID". We should go ahead and do that then instead of having the code demonstrate using request ID.
