due to -Werror compiler arg, build is failing on warning

What was changed

Added a comment to an ignored catch block in Starter.java. Builds fail as there is a defined compiler arg: -Werror

    compileJava {
        options.compilerArgs << "-Werror"
    }

Why?

So we can build
