What changed?
Created an admin CLI command that allows to describe TransferTaskInfo providing task_id and shard_id
Why?
Allows to discover and get information on concrete Timer Tasks
How did you test it?
Executed the command providing necessary options, sample:
"--shard_id", "3", "--task_id", "2097219", "--task_type", "2", "--task_timestamp", "1591056000532000000",
