- Closes Extremely slow inference times for CorrelationCost layer on CPU #688
- Sharding over each pixel: this could be 10 times faster than original one (or more depending on parameters)
- Robust test on CPU: because CPU/GPU kernels are implemented differently, I do think we have to run both of them if GPU is available
