Finally got this working, though it won't work for aarch64 unless built natively in the Termux app, because the upstream Swift 5.6 compiler for linux still doesn't have my memory-tagging fix, while our native Termux compiler does. The upcoming 5.7 will fix that, but getting this in in the meantime.
