N/A support for Windows 2025 in the module. Windows is supported using EKS 1.35 and above.

Windows 2025 is not currently supported by the module, setting the ami_type to Windows 2025 is not possible.

Add lines of config to allow 2025 to be used

Agree! Since EKS 1.35 supports this, I am happy to open a PR so the module supports it.

This issue has been resolved in version 21.17.0 🎉
