无法安装项目依赖包项目依赖包 requirements.txt

pip install的时候，显示no such file

切到仓库requirement.txt所在目录再pip install或者pip install -r /path/to/requirements.txt

将项目clone下来，进到根目录，直接 pip install -r requirements.txt

是我忘了我的是Python3

如果用pycharm运行的话可能会出现相对路径绝对路径的问题，win可以尝试用cmd运行

怎么我的pycharm就运行不了。。里面环境都切到2.7了
那些from ... import ... 都报错
