showTooltip: false stops drag on mobile from working

When I add "showTooltip: false" drag stops working on mobile. Unfortunately I only have iOS (18.3.2) Safari to test with. Might be a Safari thing.

I made a codepen for a quick test here:

Go to it on a zoom using the buttons (so you dont zoom the full page) and test drag.

Chaning showTooltip to true fixes it.
