This is the error I get when I connect in Apps Script mode and I try to access non-google webpages. What might be the reason?

Apps Script HTTP 403 + Persian Workspace landing HTML = cause #6 in diagnostic taxonomy (account-flagged deployment). Dup of #509. Fix: phone-verify the deploying Google account, or rotate to a healthier account.
