Database exports are sometimes missing lots of results

Occasionally, database exports (e.g. WCA_export163_20250612T000153Z.tsv.zip, published about an hour ago) are missing a lot of data from the Results table. The current export linked above is missing over 3 million rows compared to yesterday's export.

This is a known issue, and the root cause is probably somewhere in either the memory management of our job runner, or the shutdown timing of new deployments.
Either one is very hard to debug, so right now you're probably off best if you implement some basic sanity check (count rows before importing) on your side
