[FR:] Move the Browser Mod sidebar panel to the integration configuration

So this would be for Frontend settings, with the sidebar panel still for Broswer Registration? I did have a wild thought that we could use the auto detection features for Browsers/devices when they connect for the first time, and then admins can accept or ignore. Both changes together would mean no panel on Browser.

Yes, I think that could be a good idea.
Since device discovery doesn't cause a persistent notification anymore it may be possible to jack into that somehow.
