make sure docs use following nomenclature

• mycofs is the main commandline and project name
• mycofs server is the server which exposes the blobs
• blob = a stored binary file (hashed and stored on fs behind mycofs server)
• mycolist = the list of a filesystem, is a sqlite db with all data to represent a mycofs (myco filesystem)
