Thunderbird Send shows storage allocated even though upload was canceled
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Try to upload a 100MB file
- Close the brower tab where the file is uploading after about 40MB
Expected behavior
- Storage used doesn't increase after the file upload is canceled
Actual behavior
- Storage increases
"In that video, at very beginning, you may be able to see the Send Storage is zero bytes, and then, at 05:31, which is at the end of the test that I did, the Send Storage ended up being 13.3MB with no files in Thunderbird Send."

- Roland cannot reproduce this problem running the same version of ubuntu and vivaldi unfortunately!
- Customer noticed this in Zendesk 6066
