Set keyspace_name attribute for kvrpc context #1668
Description
For NextGen, we need to add keyspace_name for tikv metrics. For grpc related metrics, we can add keyspace_name info in kvrpc requests. In pingcap/kvproto#1320, we add keyspace_name attribute for kvrpc context proto. So we need to update its dependancy and set the attribute value.
