If the message received can't fit in the buffer, the Pico W freezes

If the message can't fit in the buffer, the pico w freezes with this message in a loop and the only way to recover is with watchdog reboot

short buffer: length= 256 hcilen 259 rlen 260 buflen 256

But also, i forked this repo to make a small change, for enable to can pass the dev and cfg in order to allow both Wifi and BLE
