I recently came up with similar logger utility, that shares same goals, and additionally is both environment and presentation agnostic -> https://github.com/medikoo/log4/
If it's seen valuable, and maintainers of this project are ok to give up the name. I'd love to publish and maintain log4 under log name on npm (starting with v2.0.0)
