Dashboard: Thumbnails in design challenge cards

There are most challenges are private without preview, but some have http://joxi.ru/brRqwjHQQYRnA1

1. dan_developer has one design challenge, but it doesn't have any images, so it's hard to test it without images. Is it possible to have images for design challenge for test purposes? Probably it has to be another challenge, because state has to be PAST or COMPLETED to show thumbnails.

2. when we click on previews lightbox gallery is opened http://joxi.ru/a2XjwDUyyDkMrg. can we introduce a component with state to implement it?

This needs to be double-checked and implemented right.
