- Update `eslint` to v9 and `vite` to v7 - Migrate `.eslintrc.cjs` to `eslint.config.js` (Flat Config) - Update `@vue/eslint-config-typescript` and `eslint-plugin-vue` - Simplify `lint` script in `package.json`
- Upgrade node-version from 18.x to 22.x in client.yml to support Vite 7/ESLint 9 dependencies
