Make tasks more configurable

Allow to customise requiresNetworkConnectivity and the others from here:

Be aware, in my experience, these new iOS BackgroundProcessingTasks only seem to fire when the device is plugged into power currently, in spite of:

request.requiresExternalPower = NO;
