Copyright annotation for Debian #94

Description

@kpcyrd

Hello! I'm preparing this crate for upload to Debian, which requires me to fill out a copyright file. Right now I have this:

Format: https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/
Upstream-Name: libbz2-rs-sys
Upstream-Contact: FIXME (overlay) UNKNOWN-AUTHORS
Source: https://github.com/trifectatechfoundation/libbzip2-rs

For upstream contact (and also to attribute copyright of the crate) we usually use authors = from Cargo.toml, but this key is not present for libbz2-rs-sys.

There's usually no need to attribute every contribution ever, but usually the main authors of the crate are listed. For reference there's a large amount of copyright files over here: https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/tree/master/src?ref_type=heads

Especially for upstream contact I need to figure out something, but also didn't want to pick random people from the git history.

Please let me know how you want us to proceed. :) Thank you!
