Getting Development Environment Started

---

1. run git clone https://github.com/tulsajs/tulsajs.com.git
2. run cd tulsajs.com
3. make sure you have a node local dev environment and npm installed
4. run npm install
5. run gatsby develop will start web server on port 8000
