How to connect and use TWAIN in a QT project? #54

Hi everyone!
I need to use TWAIN in my QT application in order to get scanned photos and work with the resulting photos. But I didn't find any information on how to connect it and use it. All refer to "twain/twain-samples" but I don't see how it can help me.
I installed FreeImage.dll, I installed Windows environment variables, open and compile TWAINDS_VS2008. sln in Visual Studio. Everything was completed successfully.
But I don't understand what to do in order to connect TWAIN to my project in order to make a form for scanning myself.
