Migrates
.ratio-*classes to utility API. I still need to refactor the API so I can bring back custom aspect ratios, which is why the docs is commented out for that. There's a plan for that based on the other v6-dev branches, but for now this at least corrects the docs for the move to utilities.A mention of this, and the outstanding todo, has been added in #41683 already.
