With Windows 11 and Chromium 142, it works without detection messages, so can be A/B testing.

This filter seems to be messing up the middle navigation bar poczta.wp.pl##html, html > body:style(overflow: auto !important;), losing the white background, and I can see horizontal lines with email titles:

But should be:

Hotfix for uBOL:

html:not(#id), html:not(#id) > body:not(#id):style(overflow: visible !important;)

By picker or in Dashboard:
