Description
Update PlotlyJS to 3.2.0.
In version 3.1.0 the PlotlyJS allows customizing the title of the tooltip (hover text which resembles the data series name) while in unified mode (hovering shows multiple series for that date/category). This change will allow us to format aggregate series names (e.g. word wrap allocation name) and use unified hover mode throughout (which makes it easier to click on series).
