game mode breaks because of network configuration

Describe the bug

Description

i have a custom network configuration with an assigned static ip, no default gateway nor dns, custom routes, and multihoping wireguard VPNs. if i return to game mode from desktop or reboot, screen goes black and unresponsive,

my workaround

set the interfaces to not connect automatically

What did you expect to happen?

to boot/load normally no matter the network configuration.

I'm able to fix/workaround login from a different tty, otherwise it just stay as a black screen forever.
