releases.ubuntu.com is no longer providing the .ISO image for Ubuntu 14.04.4. This update changes the scripts to pull down version 14.04.5, and updates the SHA256 checksums in the setup scripts. Because the resulting virtual machine name is changed as well, the README.md file has been updated to reflect the change.
