Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, original authors have low activity and mainly maintained by @cosmo0920.
Make it more sustainable by involving Fluentd and plugins maintainer's attention, it might be
better transfer ownership to fluent-plugin-nursery.

https://github.com/fluent-plugins-nursery was established for "Collaborate to maintain Fluentd plugins."

Here is the plugins that already transferred ownership to fluent-plugins-nursery.

There are many reasons to do so - original author does not use that plugin anymore or lost interest and so on.

Transfer repository to fluent-plugins-nursery.

NOTE: even though transferring ownership to fluent-plugins-nursery, still have option to remain repository ownership under
