Snippets can not be used in markdown files

I am using sphinx needs in a markdown context and would also like to use this vscode extension, especially the snippet generation.

However, the current snippets are only usable in .rst files.

I opened a PR (#36 ) as a suggestion on how this could be enhanced. :)
