Add Categories to a Survey

• Select a parent category with children categories
• Select a category with no children
• Select a child category from a parent that has several children, omit some children
• Save survey

Verify categories added to survey present as added

• Open survey to submit post
• Verify categories appear as added to Survey
• No duplications or omissions of categories
